In mid-November the children from the Victory Home (those born with HIV/AIDS) travelled across the district to join with their little sisters in the dedication of the Mercy Home.
A joyful time to journey together to celebrate the dedication of the Mercy Home and fellowship with other rescued children.
The Mercy Home building project is now complete and the dedication provided a wonderful day of thanksgiving and grateful prayer.
The procession enters the Mercy Home for Little Sisters ready for the dedication.
Timoti speaks to the children about God’s provision for the establishing of the home.
Big Moment – One of the Little Sisters cuts the ribbon
A beautiful program of songs and dance were prepared and presented by the children.
Many shared testimonies of lives changed, special songs and dance performances by the children were greatly enjoyed by all.
The Little Sisters have the joy of a refrigerator to keep food cold and clean – a normal appliance in many parts of the world but certainly not where these children live. (Large refrigerator in the background behind girls)
A storeroom has been included for the storage of cooking vessels and food staples keeping them clean and safe. Another luxury provided by those who have given so graciously. Thank you.
